Quinlans Simple Salmon Parcels

 

 

Quinlans Simple Salmon Parcels

Ingredients

  • Portion size Salmon fillet pin boned
  • Sprig of dill or chives
  • Few black peppercorns
  • Tablespoon of white wine
  • Lemon wedge

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190ºC or gas mark 5. Place salmon fillet on a piece of tinfoil or in one of Quinlan’s cook bags. Add white wine,  pepper, dill or chives, lemon wedge.
  2. Close foil to make a sealed parcel or if you are using a cook bag tear off the strip and seal closed. Bake in your oven for 12 – 15 minutes.

Instead of salmon why not try trout, brill or even turbot. Again, just ask your fish monger, he will know best.
