Quinlan's Crab Salad

Perfect for a Light & Refreshing Lunch

  • 200g of Quinlan’s Crab Meat
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 10g of chopped onion
  • 2 vine tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped red onion
  • 10g of basil
  • chopped chives

  1. Place the mayo in a bowl, add the zest & juice of half a lemon, chopped chives, salt pepper and mix well.
  2. Fold in the crab meat
  3. For the salsa, dice the tomato and avocado and mix in the bowl with the red onion, chopped basil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Lay a mousse ring on a plate, add 2cm of salsa.
  5. Add the same amount of crab mixture.
  6. Lift off ring and serve with a dressed salad
