Creamy Crab Claw Linguine

An indulgent dish using our fresh Portmagee Crab Claws

– 1 onion diced
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 chilli / tbsp of chilli flakes
– Juice of a lemon
– 220g pack of Quinlans Crab Claws ( Available in all our Fish Shops and will be in stock soon on our online store)
– 250ml creme fraiche
– 2 tbsp of mascarpone
– 2 tbsp of white wine
– 2 handfuls of Parmesan
– linguine

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the garlic / leak and onion, let this sweat for a few minutes
2. Add linguine to a pot of boiling salty water
3. Add lemon juice and the white wine and put in the crab claws and let simmer for 5/6 minutes
4. Add In the mascarpone and the creme fraiche and the basil
5. Add in the magic pasta water to thicken your sauce
6. Add 2 handful of cheese and keep adding pasta water till your happy with the consistency and then add your linguine
7. Top with black pepper and basil
8. Serve up the delicious, creamy crab linguine and enjoy!
