Quinlan’s Kerryfish is celebrating again after winning two prestigious 3 star Great Taste Awards in the 2015 competition and being placed twice in the top 50 foods in the UK and Ireland. Quinlan’s Kerryfish are the only Salmon Smoker in Ireland and the UK to Scoop 3 stars in the awards and it’s the second year in a row for Quinlan’s Organic Smoked Irish Salmon to win a Great Taste Award.
Quinlan’s Organic Smoked Irish Salmon and Quinlan’s Organic Smoked Irish Salmon with Atlantic Sea Salt were each awarded the prestigious three-star Gold Great Taste Awards and Top 50 Status. In addition both of Quinlan’s Organic Smoked Irish Salmon were served at the 3-star judging dinner and received tremendous compliments from the Judges.
Considering that there were over 10,000 entries, and that only 130 products were awarded a 3* Gold Medal, this is a huge endorsement for Quinlan’s.
Judged by over 400 of the most demanding palates belonging to food critics, chefs, cooks, restaurateurs, producers and a host of food writers and journalists, including Masterchef judge and restaurant critic Charles Campion, Great Taste is the most respected food accreditation scheme for artisan and speciality food producers.
