For the second year Quinlans Organic Smoked Salmon were highly recognised in the Great Taste awards. Quinlans Smoked Irish Organic Salmon and Quinlans Smoked Irish Organic Salmon with Sea Salt were both awarded the top rating of 3 stars.

“The cure is delicately observed too and doesn’t penetrate all the way to the skin which is a nice contrast as this is a good quality fish. The muscle has good texture but is not tough or stringy. Great piece of fish.”
