Kerryfish have a deep respect for the traditional ways, and for over half a century our unique Salmon smoking recipe has remained unchanged, giving customers the rich, balanced flavour, which has made Kerryfish smoked Irish salmon world-renowned.

Here at Kerryfish we process all types of sea fish, shellfish and crustaceans. All produce processed by our company be it fresh, frozen, cooked or smoked, is caught in and around Irish waters by our own boats or small local boats who fish sustainably.

We are delighted this year to have won the award for the 2011 BIM Seafood Specialist of the year.
