2011 Fish Shop of the Year

Quinlan’s Kerry Fish in Tralee were recently awarded Seafood Specialist of the Year 2011 by BIM, the Irish Sea Fisheries Board as part of its prestigious 2011 Seafood Circle membership and awards.  Liam Quinlan, Managing Director  was presented with their membership plaque and award in their premises in Tralee, Co. Kerry. 

The Seafood Circle was developed by BIM to support and champion retail and hospitality outlets that continually offer excellent quality seafood and service to their customers.  The Seafood Circle plaque is presented to members on an annual basis and BIM encourage customers to seek outlets with this badge of honour in order to be assured of the best seafood available.

Presenting Quinlan’s Kerry Fish in Tralee with their award and plaque, Donal Buckley, Business Development & Innovation Manager, BIM, congratulated the company adding, “Customers can be assured that anyone who attains membership of the Seafood Circle will offer an exceptional seafood experience.  The Seafood Circle plaque will only be found on premises that excel in their presentation, handling, storage and knowledge of seafood.  This combined with a commitment to the best customer relations guarantees a visit to any Seafood Circle outlet will be well worthwhile”.
