Kate and Andrew Cooke opened QC’s Seafood restaurant in the picturesque town of Cahersiveen on the spectacular Ring of Kerry in April 2000.  During the 11 years that QC’s has been in operation it  has built up a loyal customer base with both the locals and holiday home owners. As a consequence of this support and the dedication of all those involved with QC’s, the restaurant has won awards and recommendations from some of Ireland’s most prestigious food critics.
